A. Please contact us immediately and we will be happy to replace, or refund your order. 

Q. How do I cancel my subscription? 

A. Please follow the email subscription instructions, or feel free to contact us for support. 

Q. What is the cancellation time on my subscription?

We require 15 days notice, we will always try to help and cancel your subscriptions to suit you, however if your direct debit day is less than 5 days from cancellation you may still be charged for that subscription.
