SHIPPING
Our coffee is shipped to you via Royal Mail delivery. We aim to have your coffee delivered to you within 2-3 working days from day of purchase.
If you do not receive your order within the 2-3 days after order please contact us right away and we will help to correct the issue.
RETURNS
At Culinary Genius, we do not accept returns on our coffee as it is a consumer product, however if you are not satisfied or have any issues with your order please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help solve any problems.
REFUNDS
If your package is damaged, or lost we will refund your purchase, to make a refund claim please contact us.
