Our C.G Italia Coffee packs a huge punch of coffee flavor, this coffee blend is strong, robust and finishes with a beautiful rich Crema top making it the perfect blend for Espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes.
Our Italia blend is a made from a variety of African coffee beans. Africa is known for its strong, bold flavor and rich aroma. African coffee beans are generally grown at high altitudes, which contributes to their unique flavor profile. Some popular African coffee varieties include Ethiopian, Kenyan, and Tanzanian.
When we roast our coffee beans are roasted, it takes on a dark color and a strong, intense flavor. The higher temperature roasting process we use on this blend also brings out the natural oils in the beans, creating a rich and creamy texture. A darker roast using this unique blend of coffee beans brings out a smoky, slightly bitter taste that is highly sought after by coffee enthusiasts.
